Terms of Service
Last updated: August 22, 2026
These terms are an agreement between you and Brogan ("we", "us") for your use of Clocket — the Clocket iOS app and the web app at clocket.com. By creating an account or using Clocket, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.
Your account
You need an account to use most of Clocket. You're responsible for keeping your login secure and for the activity under your account. You must be old enough to form a binding contract where you live to use the service.
Clocket Plus and billing
- Clocket is free to use with the features described on our pricing page. Clocket Plus is a paid subscription that unlocks additional features.
- Subscriptions are billed through Stripe (on the web) or the Apple App Store (on iOS), on the plan you choose (monthly or annual). Where a free trial is offered, your paid subscription begins automatically when the trial ends unless you cancel first.
- Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel. You can cancel any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you keep Plus features until then.
- Prices are shown before you buy. Refunds are handled according to the policy of the store or processor you purchased through.
Your content
The data you put into Clocket — your jobs, entries, earnings, and the like — is yours. You grant us the limited permission needed to host, process, back up, and sync that data so we can provide the service to you. We don't claim ownership of your content.
Acceptable use
When using Clocket, please don't:
- break the law, or use the service to harm others;
- attempt to disrupt, overload, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the service;
- resell or misrepresent the service, or use it in a way that infringes others' rights.
Estimates, not professional advice
Clocket helps you track hours and estimate earnings based on the information you enter. Those figures are for your own reference and are not payroll, tax, accounting, or legal advice. You're responsible for the accuracy of what you record and for your own pay and tax obligations.
Availability and changes
We work to keep Clocket available and accurate, but we may change, suspend, or discontinue features, and information in the app may occasionally contain errors. We may update the service to improve it or to fix issues.
Disclaimers
Clocket is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. We don't warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Brogan will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from your use of (or inability to use) Clocket. Some jurisdictions don't allow certain limitations, so some of these may not apply to you.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Brogan harmless from claims and expenses arising out of your misuse of the service or violation of these terms.
Termination
You can stop using Clocket and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you violate these terms or misuse the service.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. For material changes, we'll update the date above and give notice where appropriate. Continuing to use Clocket after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
